We try to reply inside a few business days. What we cannot do is advise you personally: we are not able to interpret your blood results or scan reports, or to say whether a particular screening test is right for you. For that, sit down with a clinician who can take in your history, your risk factors, and your reasons for testing.
Please leave your test results, scan reports, and details like your medical history or medication list out of any email to us. We have no way to act on them, and email is neither a secure nor a fitting place for that kind of information.
