Privacy Policy
Last revised: June 20, 2026
Looking into your own health tends to happen quietly, often late in the evening, and that reading deserves to stay yours alone. We built Grow & Thrive Wellness (“we”, “us”) to hold the smallest amount of data we can. This page works through, in plain terms, the privacy questions people genuinely ask.
The scope of this policy
It covers growandthrivewellness.com and only that. It sets out what may come into play when you open an article, click through to somewhere else, or send us a note. The external sites we link to, the World Health Organization for one, each keep policies of their own that this page does not extend to.
What do you actually collect?
Barely anything, and not a thing about your health unless you decide to tell us:
- The contents of a message. Reach us through the Contact page and we end up holding what you wrote and whatever sits in it, a name or an email address perhaps.
- The plumbing of delivery. To send pages out securely, our hosting and content delivery network deal with the technical groundwork, your IP address and the browser you use among it.
- Headcount-style statistics. We may log aggregate tallies, the most-read guides for one, as a rough gauge of what is pulling its weight.
What should I never send you?
Hold back the clinical specifics: lab printouts, imaging reports, the list of what you take, the history behind it. We are not in a position to advise on any of it, your care falls outside everything we do, and ordinary email was never meant to carry sensitive health information safely. If material like that turns up anyway, it enters no file of ours and is wiped the moment we have answered.
Why do you collect anything at all?
The purposes number three: keeping the site up and secure, gauging which content is helping readers so we can lean into it, and replying to what you write. Nothing else is on the list.
Is there tracking or advertising?
None. We neither sell your details nor build an advertising profile around you, and you are not trailed from site to site. What measuring we do runs through a privacy-minded analytics service tuned to notice as little as it can, IP addresses blurred, no tracking that follows you elsewhere. Clearing your cookies, or blocking them outright, is something your browser lets you do at any point.
Who else handles my data?
Just the two services that hold the site together, a content delivery network and that same privacy-minded analytics provider. Your personal information travels no further than them unless a legal obligation forces our hand.
How long do you keep it?
A message stays with us only until your enquiry, and any fair follow-up to it, is dealt with; after that it is cleared out. The aggregate analytics outlive that by no more than a trend takes to read.
What are my rights?
Local law may give you the standing to see what we hold, put it right, have it erased, pen it in, or push back on particular uses. To set any of that in motion, write via the Contact page, and our answer will follow whatever the law lays down.
What about children?
We have built the site for grown-up readers; it is not aimed at children, and we will not knowingly accept anything from a person under the age that valid consent requires where they are.
How is the little you hold protected?
Sensible technical and organisational safeguards sit around it. That said, no trip across the internet is ever perfectly secure, so we are diligent rather than absolute in what we promise.
Will this policy change?
It may well, as the site grows. The “Last updated” stamp above tells you which version is live, and staying on past a revision is how you signal you take the new one as it reads. Should a line puzzle you, the Contact page is open.
